Step 1 - Shopping & checkout
Browse through our online shop and place orders for items by adding to the shopping cart. When you are done shopping, proceed by checking out of our store.
If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to fill in your contact information and to create your very own account so as to enhance your shopping experience when you re-visit our boutique. For returning customers, simply login with your email and password which you have previously created when you first visited our site.
After filling in your contact details, please proceed to choose your payment and delivery options. (Refer below for the list of delivery and payment options).
Step 2 - Order confirmation
Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 3 working days to confirm your purchase details and arrange for your choice of delivery option. Confirmation of order is only upon successful call-back. Orders will not be processed for unreachable numbers.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
- SELF-COLLECT
We can make arrangements to meet at a convenient location at no extra charge.
- DELIVERY TO DOORSTEP
We deliver the goods right to your doorstep. There will be a S$5 delivery fee charged for orders below S$100. For orders above S$100, delivery is free of charge.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) Make payment in cash upon receiving the goods.
- CHEQUE Make payment in cheque upon receiving the goods. Please make the cheque out to "SWEET TREATS".
- CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL Should you opt for this option, you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal website whereby you can pay via your Paypal account.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All our merchandise were checked for defects and carefully wrapped for protection before delivery.
However, if you are still unsatisfied with the item, we can exchange it for another item of the same value or higher. Please note the terms and conditions below:
- Urban Nymph staff must be contacted within 3 days of the date you received the item.
(Proof of purchase must be reproduced)
- Merchandise that has been used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
- If the item is exchanged for one that is higher in value, the difference must be topped up.
- Initial delivery fees will not be refunded, but in the instance of an exchange, the delivery will be free of charge.
- Exchange of item(s) is only allowed once per transaction.

Once we received your order, we will reply via email within 3 working days to confirm your purchase details and advise you on the shipping fee as well as confirm your payment via Paypal.
Step 3 - Payment & Shipping
Once we have received your payment we will proceed to prepare the items to be shipped to you within 3 working days.
Note - Shipping fee is based on rates charged by the local postal company, and will take approxiamtely 4 - 7 working days to reach you. All purchases are not refundable or exchangeable. All our merchandise were checked for defects and carefully wrapped for protection before being shipped.
